An integral part of our operations is the preparation and conducting of studies and research. We feel that it is of outmost importance to first study the characteristics that comprise our target group and explore the issues concerning them thus allowing us to serve their needs more knowledgeably and effectively. The results of this on-going research often have the form of innovative tools and are regularly disseminated to the general public.
